1: Download the package from the link "Download package" (right side of the NuGet Gallery page)
2: Rename the file from .nupkg to .zip
3: Unblock the file (right click, properties, check the unblock option and click ok)
4: Extract the zip to a folder copy the "tools" folder to a path of your choice.
5: Rename the "tools" folder to "Plugin Registration Tool" or another name of your choice.
6: Inside this folder you can launch PluginRegistration.exe
